REVIEW
Bubble Milk Tea
Size: Large
Sugar: 50%
Price: $5.30
Store Concept/Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tea: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pearl: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
The milk tea is the best! But, the pearl is quite hard to bite.
That brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- It’s not cheap at all, it just cost more than $5.
- Irritating plastic sound, really difficult and struggling to put the drink in when I’m serving customers.
- Drop this Cup, and your milk tea is gone! Forever!
However, here are the 3 things to help make up for it:
- Quality cup
- Quality tea and pearls
- Many alternatives to choose for!
To sum it all up, should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
Well, I would say if you’re looking for the best milk tea, you should go ahead and buy it! But, I just cant justify spending additional $3 for the best milk tea, I think you should avoid it. What do you think?

Honey Lemon
Size: Large
Store Concept/Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aloe Vera: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
You want a chilling drink? This is it. It’s so refreshing.
Here are 3 things you should know about this drink:
- Sugar is not added, instead it’s honey
- You like sourness? Choose 50% honey
- Real ingredients
However, it’s not all positive though, here’s 3:
- Not worth the price
- Can’t really taste the honey
- Lemon taste is overwhelming
So what’s my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist it, it’s a great drink just not worth the money.

Honey Green Tea
Size: Large
Store Concept/Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tea: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pearl: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
The green tea is very smooth and adding honey to it makes it as soothing drink for throat.
Here are the 3 good to find about this drink:
- Get your favourite tea and mix with honey is a great option really.
- The choice to add the toppings makes the drink a more interesting one.
- Honey is real honey and not mix with water.
However, here are the 3 negatives:
- Can be a little pricy
- Aloe Vera may be the best choice for this type of drink.
- Honey taste is rather strong, if you don’t like honey, opt this drink out.
So, what’s my overall verdict. Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist it, it’s a fantastic drink, but not with pearl it just spoils the drink. Add Aloe Vera instead, what a perfect drink it will be.

Honey Lime
Size: Large
Honey: 50%
Store Concept/Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aloe Vera: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
This time I got it correctly. Aloe vera was the right topping, but I got the drink a little wrong, wouldn’t say it taste bad.
And that.. brings me on the 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Expecting a sour taste turns out more bitter than sour, is it supposed to be like that? Idk
- If you wish to make it more sour, this isn’t a drink for you, choose lemon instead.
- Somehow I think pearl will be good in his drink too! Keep tricking me. Ugh.
However, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- What you order is what you really want it to be, this is a normal standard you want. You get the taste as you wanted. Honey? Yea, honey taste is there. Lime? Yes, lime taste is there too.
- Aloe Vera is an option which I think it’s necessary and suitable for juice.
- Konjac Jelly may taste good with this too! Who knows?
Hence, what’s my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist it, just not the best mix you can go with, lemon is a better choice.

Four Seasons Milk Tea
Size: Large
Sugar: 50%
Ice: Less
Store Concept/ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pearl: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
Ever been to a express KOI outlet but been told that there’s no oolong? Because Four Seasons is like oolong. Not much difference.
That brings me on to 3 good things about this drink:
- No Oolong? No worries, four seasons instead, really not much difference.
- Tea is very smooth
- The highest standard you can expect from it. It’s KOI
However, it’s not all positive though, here’s 3:
- $5.30, you may thinking twice to buy this drink and not from other Brands.
- I still don’t like that they are charging 80¢ for pearls, but at least we do give a lot
- Most of the drinks goes perfectly with toppings, without toppings it won’t even nice. I think that’s why they charge an additional price and many people still adding it.
So, what my final verdict on the Four Seasons Milk Tea should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
Well, I reckon you should buy it, because no other brands sell four seasons tea (correct me if I’m wrong), and it’s just so nice.
If you’re hesitating to buy maybe because of the price and I can understand that which you should shortlist it and go for flavoured tea instead.

Hazelnut Milk Tea
Size: Medium
Sugar: 50%
Outlet: Northpoint City
I dislike hazelnut or nuts. But it’s not as bad as I thought. Idk how hazelnut supposed to taste, so therefore I can’t do a full review about it but I will try my best. I’ll start will the negatives.
Here’s 3:
- Expensive, very expensive. Maybe hazelnut is ex? Idk.
- Larger Portion means even more money, gosh
- I’m sure you may not want to drink it without any toppings. That’s means, additional money for toppings.
However, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- Smooth and nice
- Bubble is a perfect fit with this drink
- Does other brands have such drink? Tell me. If no, this is where you get.
So, what’s my final verdict, should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should consider it, because it’s not good value for money.

No. 8 Juice
Size: Large
Sugar: 70%
Price: $5.30
Store Service/Concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pearl: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
Istg this is no difference to Lime Juice. That brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- No. 8 Juice is not the 8th place in the Juice Section, why No.8?
- Taste like the same as Lime Juice
- Pearl probably don’t match well, aloe vera does
However, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- Luckily same price as Lime Juice
- Kinda weird effect, top is sour and bottom is sweet
- Name sounds good but why no.8 still?
So, what do I reckon?
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should consider it, really not worth the price and definitely will go with others instead.

- (Can’t find any more negative)
So, what’s my final verdict? Should you:

Honey Milk Tea
Size: Large
Price: $6.30
Store Concept/Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️
Coffee Jelly: ⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
This drink is one of the most disgusting drink ever. Especially with the Coffee Jelly, I will talk about that in a while. Honey and Milk?? They don’t go well really. And that, brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Coffee Jelly taste quite ewk, i don’t like it, maybe you do, but I don’t, it’s an option of $1. This is KOI not Starbucks.
- Honey and Milk don’t mix that well, disgusting taste really.
- $6.30 for this disgusting drink, Honey Green Tea is better when the milk is out and the green is in.
However, it’s not all negative though, here’s 1:
- It’s unique that you can add Coffee Jelly to Milk Tea series. Still ewk.
So what’s my final verdict. Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Avoid it?
- Avoid it?
- Avoid it?
I reckon you should Avoid it. Istg this is the worst drink I have ever tried in KOI.

- A unique and nice drink you can get
- A great mixture with Pearl
- Rather refreshing you get from the honey
However, it’s not all positive though, here’s 3:
- Expensive
- Pearl is an additional cost
- Only pearl is a great mixture
So, what’s my final verdict? Should you,
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should buy it, it’s a fantastic drink and definitely medium size is the the way to go!

Honey Lemon Lime Juice

Ice: A little bit
Store service/concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outlet: Northpoint City
This drink is sour despite 100% honey. That brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- This Drink is so ex, $6.90
- Not a refreshing drink, more like a challenge drink
- Single sour? Nope! Double sour? Yeah! Lemon & Lime, sour as hell
However, it’s not all negative though, here are the things that help make up for it, here’s 1:
- Great move to add all toppings
So what’s my final verdict on this drink? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should avoid it, just not worth it!

Honey Lemon Lime Green Tea

Price: $6.50
Store service/concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Konjac: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an extremely sour drink, not at all refreshing since so sour. And that brings on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- I can assure you 120% honey may not be able to cover the sourness
- Aloe Vera is a better topping
- So expensive
Thankfully, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- If you’re into a very very very sour drink, this is it go and ask for 0% honey.
- Generous amount of topping KOI always give
- (can’t find anymore positive really)
So then, what’s my final verdict for this drink? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should avoid it, it’s not crap it’s just doesn’t suit most people taste bud and too expansive for a sour drink that it’s too sour to be refreshing.

Mango Four Seasons Tea
Size: Large
Price: $4.90
Sugar: 50%
Store service/concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Northpoint City
I’m just gonna say a very “duh” thing, it’s like peach four seasons tea but in mango flavour. Not very exciting to know what’s not in the drink, and that brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Why does Mango not in the drink
- Express Menu shows the “Illustration Purposes ONLY” pic of the Mango Four Seasons Tea w/ the ice cream top and konjac Jelly in it, when all you get it’s just the mango tea.
- Tea is definitely stronger than Mango, the taste of mango is not emphasized
Thankfully, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- People who like Mango, this is rather not bad, I’ll do a Mango Macchiato review soon
- I’m complaining bout no toppings in it, but this itself it taste just good
- No Ice and you may taste the real mango feel
So then, what’s my final verdict of this drink. Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should Shortlist the Mango Four Seasons Tea, it’s a nice drink and refreshing, what a shame it doesn’t come with Mango bits or Konjac Jelly as one.

Outlet: Northpoint City
I’m certain I’m not a fan of macchiato. But this is seriously awesome. I certainly do not like the milk foam layer, it’s like a ewk for me. That brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Real macchiato lovers drink through the gap and not the straw, they love the feel, I don’t like how I’m getting the cream first in my mouth, once again I’m not a fan of macchiato
- To those people who gonna ask for more milk instead, what in the world you’re thinking? The normal is alr bad enough for me
- No toppings to macchiato, sad otherwise how nice to have a pearl to enjoy while suffering with the cream in it.
Thankfully, it’s not all negative though, here’s 3:
- KOI gives you your cute little cutter to cut 2-3cm to sip from there.
- Ig you don’t really sip, you drink it with force, that mango flavour gushes up after the cream, what an effect
- Milk foam alr have sweetness, there’s no need for high sugar level.
So then, what’s my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist the drink, it’s nice but really fall slightly below $6 would be a hell lot to pay for just a drink.

Oolong Milk Tea

Pearl: ⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Woodlands MRT
Today was quite disappointing. Staff wasn’t as friendly as before, told him next order is also mine, snatch the receipt and threw into the bin and not saying anything. Well, and that brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Pearl is slightly overcooked, not chewy as before
- Used to like Oolong but Four Seasons is somehow nicer as it’s slightly more bland.
- Why does Normal KOI Cafe not have Four Seasons wasted sia
Thankfully, it’s not negative though, here’s 3:
- Stronger taste, Oolong
- Same Price as Four Seasons
- Still very quality drink to enjoy
So then, what’s my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Shortlist it?
- Consider it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should Shortlist it, it’s very good, but preferably Four Seasons.

It feels like honey water. Personally. I like honey water. So this is a 1 good thing personally. That brings me on to 3 good things about this drink:
- Nice fantastic drink with it epic sweetness from the honey
- It’s finish taste is a honey and not a tea like you get from Honey Green Tea or Honey Black Tea
- Smoothness is over the charts
However, it’s not all positive, here’s 3 of not so good:
- $5.30 for Ice Honey, you might as well drink Honey Aloe Vera from HockHua Tonic which cost $2.20
- Konjac and Aloe do not suit much to this drink, you can but not as much as pearl
- Honey in your drink? You may just see an increase price in your drink.
So then, what’s my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist it. It’s not the most value for money but it’s one of the nicest in honey series.

Konjac: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What’s the difference between this and Honey Green Tea? It’s the same but different tea, and that makes a lot of difference. And that brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- Honey Green Tea is nicer than Honey Black Tea
- A little sour taste behind it, could it be the konjac?
- A better value for money when you get Honey Green Tea as it is nicer.
Thankfully, it’s not exactly negative though, here’s 3:
- Pearl is FOC when you get another topping with a higher price
- Honey taste isn’t really there if you’re looking at a drink that’s not so sweet.
- (A valuable lesson that Honey Green Tea or Honey Four Seasons Tea is nicer than this)
So then, what my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should Avoid it, go for Honey Green Tea instead.

Peach Green Tea
Size: Large
Ice: Less
Store service/concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peach Green Tea is nicer than Peach Four Seasons Tea. This Green Tea is drinking was a right choice, such a nice drink. That brings me on to 3 good thing about this drink:
- I don’t eat or drink peach but this is epically nice
- Definitely worth the money to try
- Pearl brings the little sweetness to the drink
However, it’s not all positive though, here’s the negative:
- Many will find it expensive, if you can buy KOI, certainly you can afford.
- (No more negative really)
So then, what my final verdict? Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should shortlist the drink, it’s very nice just slightly quite expensive.

Fresh Passion Fruit Green Tea

Size: Medium
Sugar: 50%
Store Service/Concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Outlet: Sun Plaza
Okay, so Express do have Passion Fruit Green Tea but not at my outlet so I tried at the Café. I’m not so keen on it although I have the seeds to bite on.
And that brings me on to 3 annoying things on this drink:
- Lack of Passion Fruit Taste
- Expensive one
- 50% not enough to match the bitter from the tea
Thankfully, it’s not all negative though. Here’s 3 positive,
- Passion Fruit seeds to bite on
- Aloe Vera would be a Great Match
- Not sour for those that don’t want sour
So then, what’s my final verdict on this drink. Should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
Blah blah blah blah blah, forget all that nonsense. Im gonna summarise this drink like that for you:
It is quite a disappointment in fact, I shall compare it with iTea. iTea have the passion fruit taste, mixture of sweetness from the sugar; sourness from the Passion Fruit syrup; bitterness from the Green Tea. Comparing both prices, iTea: $2.40, KOI: $4.10. iTea is a best one I would rate. Duh, that means, Avoid it.

Positive:
+ 70% is perfect to cover the sourness
+ Don't have to worry about bitterness, there's barely any
+ Pearls are given 25% of the entire cup, that's generous
Negative
- $6.90???
- Not very refreshing as Bober Tea's Grapefruit Green Tea
- They took quite long to make my drink. 2 drinks from walk-in, 4 drinks from GrabFood. I have no idea why they took longer than they should have
Final verdict:
Consider it.
It's not bad, smooth, sweet and sour and not bitter.
But, if you want a more refreshing one at an affordable price, Bober Tea is more for you.

Sparkling Peach A.K.A
Price: $7.10
Size: Large
Sugar: 50%
Drink: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service: ⭐️⭐️
Concept: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive:
+ 3 different toppings: Aiyu, Konjac, Aloe Vera (A.K.A)
+ The sparkling enhances the flavour of the drink
+ Not the typical large cup
Negative:
- $7.10?? A little overpriced.
- Took quite long for them to make my drink.
Final verdict:
Shortlist it.
It's not bad, it's just a little overpriced. I'm okay paying this much if it's mojito but in a medium cup. Other than that, 3 toppings in a drink is awesome and this drink definitely worth a try.

Positive:
+ Generous amount of pearls

Negative:
- 100% is too sweet, 70% will be perfect
- Pearls is $0.90 now??? Must be inflation. They should give lesser pearls but charge $0.80
Final Verdict:
Shortlist it.
It's nice to drink but pretty average. After all, honey doesn't quite suit this drink. After inflation for pearls, I will hesitate to choose KOI and opt for other brands instead. iTea ($0.40), Tea Tree Cafe ($0.60) etc.
