About Us
Originated from Taiwan, R&B Tea was founded in 2006. It is a tea concept that aims to redefine the tea experience today. With fresh fruits and all-natural components, there are more than 30 tea-based concoctions ranging from fruit-loaded brew, macchiato tea capped with oolong tea-infused milk foam or cheese cream to our signature Brown Sugar Boba series.
We place great emphasis on the origins of the tea leaves and dedicate preparation to ensure the perfect tea blend.

Bruce, the founder of R&B Tea, came to Suzhou, China in 2005. At that time, he was working in the IT industry. The heavy work load and high pressure constantly made Bruce think of and crave for delicious food and different beverages, especially the tea from his homeland, Taiwan. Despite going places and trying different types that were available, his cravings weren’t satisfied because it was hard to find good quality milk tea in Suzhou then. Seeing this gap in the market led Bruce to identify an opportunity where he made a life-changing decision. Bruce decided to start a business by himself, offering various tea beverages concocted with ingredients of the highest quality. Through his perseverance and determination, the first tea outlet was opened in Suzhou in 2006. That’s how and when the R&B Tea story began!

The tea is not smooth, a bit rough. That brings me on to 3 annoying things about this drink:
- 50¢ for pearl and the amount of pear is quite little
- would not spend $3.30 on this drink.
- Don’t buy large cup, it’s the same volume as Medium
However, it’s not all negative though here’s 3:
- Pearl is good
- Reasonable price compared to other Brand’s
- (I don’t know what else is good)
So should you:
- Avoid it?
- Consider it?
- Shortlist it?
- Buy it?
I reckon you should Avoid it! It’s a bad drink and not worth it to buy for such quality.
