+ The pearl is chewy and given at a reasonable portion
+ Affordable
+ They sell other things such as pastry
Negative:
- The milk tea is diluted like the creamer is not enough or the tea is more than it is supposed to be
- Located at a not so convenient place, not just this outlet
- Plastic bag feels cheap

Shortlist it.
It's affordable and portion is really good. They sell Pastry just like Signature KOI. Just then, a little disappointed on the location and the tea. However, the name is quite interesting to me. Say Teafolia really fast and it sounds like "Tea for you".
